3. Discussion and explanation by representatives from California and Nevada
regarding gubernatorial emergency declarations for the Lake Tahoe Basin,
and possible action by the Commission to recommend the Governors of
either or both California and Nevada adopt a proclamation of a State of
Emergency for the Lake Tahoe Basin relating to fire prevention activities.

4. Presentation by Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) and Lahontan
Regional Water Quality Control Board for discussion of, and possible
Commission action on, specific regulatory and/or policy restrictions
governing fuel management activities (including grading and noise
limitations) on both private and public lands within the Lake Tahoe Basin.

Tahoe Basin Fire Chiefs Nine Point Recommendations, discussion of agency roles in and processes for

(CAL FIRE) and the United States Forest Service USFS) and its effectiveness in the Lake
Tahoe basin. Discussion regarding fire protection and response issue in the Lake Tahoe
Basin.

Forest Service (USFS) parking lot. Please direct question regarding this tour to Andrea
